Absolutely loved my romantic escape in this charming hotel. the service was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was absolutely perfect, with all the major attractions within a short walking distance. We were able to explore the city easily and came back to a quiet and peaceful area. Another great advantage was the affordable price, making it an excellent deal for our getaway.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of the city and close to all the attractions. It is easily accessible by public transport, including the subway and airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff is polite and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hallway, elevator, and doors of the hotel are quite old and not aesthetically pleasing.

For the price, the value was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the Staatsoper and other attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

our recent stay in vienna for a wedding celebration was made even more special by pension suzanne. the perfect location near the opera house and central attractions, the warm welcome and personal service from the family-owned hotel, and the comfortable room with a pleasant atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the subway and popular attractions. The room had a cozy and authentic design, with enough space even in a single room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. They even provided a kettle and beverages on request. a great experience at Pension Suzanne.

We loved the great terrace that offered a perfect place to rest even on hot days, thanks to its shade throughout most of the day. The hotel facilities were fantastic, providing us with a stylish little flat that made us feel like we were living in Lisbon. The comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for our needs, allowing us to buy groceries and cook whenever we wanted. The location was ideal, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the proximity to public transportation, as the metro station was only a 10-minute walk away. The staff, especially Helio, were amazing and made us feel right at home. The check-in process was easy, and Helio even went out of his way to help us with packing larger items that we had purchased.
